The 1:1 coaching package gives you three hours with one of our trainers, online or in Brussels, to work on the challenges that matter most to you right now. If you need a more consultative approach than a classroom course, coaching lets you apply proven tools directly to your own projects and communication.

What you get

What coaching can cover

• Project management: objectives and scope, project plans, estimating and scheduling, Critical Path Analysis, tracking, change requests and risk
• Public relations: stakeholder mapping, PR plans, key messages, preparing for media contact and reviewing written materials
• Marketing: positioning, audience segmentation, campaign planning, fundraising communications and measuring results

Who it is for

NGO staff at any level who want targeted, confidential support: project officers in a first management role, programme managers facing a complex project, communication officers preparing a launch, or directors who want a sounding board. Coaching works well as follow-up to a workshop such as Project Management Fundamentals, but can also be booked on its own.

How it works

After booking, we contact you to schedule your sessions. Before the first session, share your goals and any relevant documents, such as a draft plan or campaign brief, so your coach can prepare. Come with a specific objective to get the most from your time.
